Shipping

In order to safely ship your parts to us please follow the steps below.

Check List:

   Before you ship your parts please clean and leave a light film of oil on them.

   Use a heavy duty cardboard box that is a little longer and deeper than your part(s) with enough space to wrap them in paper wrapping or newspaper. Don't pack the box to the extent that it bulges. You can get these at UPS stores or other box retailers.

    Don't use plastic, bubble wrap, foam peanuts or round tubes. Round tubes have to be hand carried by UPS agents because they easily roll off the conveyor belts.

    Make sure the parts don’t rattle or move inside the box

    Center the weight inside the box. Don't pack it with one end heavier than the other.

    * Tag (wire tie style) each of your parts with the following information:

• Name as it appears on your order
• Order number
• Complete shipping address
• Phone #
• Email address
• Description of the part (pistol slide, barrel, rifle barrel etc.)

Don't tape a piece of paper around your item.

    If you are ordering a complete upper receiver assy service you don't have to tag each part, just the set as a whole. Leave the charging handle attached.

Using Your Own Shipping Service

   Place the outgoing shipping label on the outside of your package to send your part(s) to us.

     Place a copy of your order inside your shipping box. Double-check to make sure all of the items you place in the box match what is on your order. We will only service the items that match what is on your order. Any additional items will be billed to your credit card with your approval. We may also charge additional shipping for your excess items.

    Place your return shipping label on the inside your box so we can return your parts after servicing.

Important: Do not place items from a different order. If you would like to place a lot of parts (yours and your friend's parts) please order the services all on the same order. Your package cannot weigh more than 49 lbs.

Shipping Insurance: Please utilize shipping insurance when you ship your products.

PRODUCT TURN AROUND TIMES

Many factors go into our turn around times; processor load capacity, sales volume, time of year etc. Please allow up to 1 week plus shipping time.
